Leasing and Share Boarding

Are you ready to take the next step but not ready to buy or maybe you would like to be able to work one on one with a particular horse but want to avoid the responsibilities of horse ownership and the burden of full time care.
Do you own a horse who is a good candidate for leasing and you currently lack the time to spend at the barn or would like to find someone to share some of the monthly costs?
Showtime not only offers most of the horses in their program for share board but also helps connect and facilitate leases with boarders and people looking to lease and share board.

Share boarding on Showtime Farm's own horses consists of one simple flat monthly fee which include 3 rides/week. You will not be responsible for vet bills, farrier, or misc. expenses. Tack is included or you may use your own tack once approved. Share boarding on boarders horses are subject to their own agreements.
Share Board Prices:
For lesson students enrolled in packages:
Pasture share boarding starts at $275 and stall kept horses start at $400.

For individuals not enrolled in lesson packages:
Pasture share boarding starts at $325 and stall kept horses start at $450.
*Share boards are done on a month to month basis with one month notice required when you stop.
Full Lease Prices:
Full leases include 6 rides a week and are the cost of board $550 (pasture) and starting at $900 (stall).
Horses owned by Showtime that are sale horses will still be listed for sale and in the event that a horse is sold we will refund the remainder of the month or switch you to another horse, your choice.

Lessons are recommended and may be required for both share board or lease depending on the level of the rider.

Looking for practice time but not ready to share board yet? Showtime Farms offers individual practice rides on many of the lesson horses for $45 ($35 if enrolled in lesson packages). You must be in regular lessons and still take your lesson the week that you practice ride. You must have instructor approval and be able to tack, untack, and ride responsibly on your own.
